SUBMISSION PROCESS
Papers that are accepted by the Scientific Committee and presented at the ICDHS 12th conference in Zagreb will be published in the Book of Proceedings as full papers!
General information
Paper submission and double-blind peer review process are managed through EasyChair. To submit a paper for the conference, please go to the ICDHS 12 Zagreb 2020 portal on EasyChair. At your first visit, you will need to register for the conference proposal system, and thereafter you will be able to access the site with your user name and password.
LANGUAGE. Proposals should be written in English (UK).
PROPOSALS PREPARATION
BLIND REFEREEING. In order to ensure the double-blind peer review process, authors must remove all information identifying themselves from the proposal. Authors’ personal data must be filled in their EasyChair accounts only, but not revealed in the proposals text.
The proposal must include the title, keywords (3 max), summary (max 200 words), full paper (min 3,000 – max 4,000 words, including headings, notes and references).
Proposals are submitted in two stages:
STAGE 1 / 1st submission: Authors are invited to submit their proposals as full papers (max 4.000 words with headings, notes and references) via EasyChair. Please make sure to mark the topics of the paper on the EasyChair submission form, as to facilitate the review process and strand annotation.
Full papers should be written in English (UK), must be anonymous, and be preceded by a summary of 200 words max. Authors should use the Guidelines for full papers.
Proposals are double blind, peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee which advise on the final format of proposals.
Submission deadline for stage 1: 1 December 2019
Authors notified (accepted/rejected): 8 February 2020
STAGE 2 / 2nd submission: On acceptance, authors must register for the Conference and submit their finalised full papers (edited as advised by the Scientific Committee) via EasyChair. Please note that authors should use the Guidelines for edited papers available below (do not use the Guidelines from the 1st submission).
Submission deadline for stage 2: 1 April 2020
Final notification to authors: 30 April 2020
AUTHORS AND ATTENDEES DATA
Data entered in forms (EasyChair, Conference Registration) will be used for issuing Conference ID and certificates: please check all data before validation.
PAPER PRESENTATIONS
In order to avoid last minute problems, we kindly ask authors to send their presentation files to be shown at the conference sessions in .pdf format approximately two weeks prior to the conference (by 2 October 2020). Authors are invited to use the conference presentation template (to be published and available for download).
Authors will present their papers at the Conference in 20-minute slots.
The BOOK OF PROCEEDINGS will only include papers that have been actually presented at the ICDHS 12th Conference in Zagreb.
